The role In the position as Talent Acquisition Consultant you will join a driven and highly supportive team of Talent Acquisition and HR specialists. You will take ownership over scaling our APAC teams, and ensure we find, attract and engage the best talent. This position is responsible for sourcing quality candidates that meet the hiring managers’ needs and ensuring the recruiting process is completed in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of departments, mostly intermediate and senior roles with a focus on Workday and SAP HCM Consulting roles, Operations, Sales etc.
Drive the efficiency of our recruiting and hiring process
Design and execute search strategies and source talents in various ways (active and passive), e.g. via Linkedin and other social networks
Track applicable job requisitions
Strengthen our employer brand in the APAC market
Publishing job offers external and internal and on social media channels
Partner with hiring managers and departments to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of business goals
Interview, evaluate and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the departmental interview with the appropriate interviewers (incl. tests and assessments)
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with targeted feedbacks
Suggest salary offers, based on documented credentials during the interview process, and submit for approval
Complete all necessary documentation to avoid potential serious discrimination complaint consequences
Maintain contact with applicant sourcing agencies or RPO provider, securing approval before retaining the services of a sourcing agency
Maintain hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques through candidates are obtained
Provide weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity
Assist in ensuring that all employment processes conform to local laws
Conduct campus recruiting, selecting appropriate candidates against current needs. This includes participating in pre-recruiting arrangements on campus
Ensure you are up to date with all Alight announcements and communications.
Build good relationships with all lines of businesses
Ability to work with progressive levels of management
Understand budgetary concerns and able to meet goals within those guidelines
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, experience with an ATS like Workday RCM and/or Phenom
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field from a university with three to five years related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
